Whoever said the grass is greener on the other side of the fence neglected to disclose just how much bull manure is involved in maintaining that grass. While out gathering data for a client, Tony and I began discussing just how unhappy we were with the BIG BOX brokerage we had joined. We realized shortly after the move that we had made HUGE mistake. We quickly agreed our best course of action was to resurrect Benchmark Realty. Within 30 minutes of making that decision, Tony found us suitable office space and I began the transferring of our licenses.
We are pleased to be back in a position that allows us to focus on Buyer's and Sellers.
